Your appointment at Oath Hair Studio is very important to us, so we reserve it especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we respectfully require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

Appointments cancelled before 24 hours of the service start time would be greatly appreciated. Upon scheduling your appointment a credit card will be required at the time of booking your service. Any appointments cancelled after the 24 hour time window, or a no-call/no-show, is subject to a fee of 50% of all missed services. If you currently do not have a card on file one will be required to schedule your next appointment.

Yes, we have a salon silence policy.

We kindly request, to give all our clients the best experience possible, that you please keep all ringers, videos, music and phone calls on silent. Alternatively, please wear headphones, if you must take a call please keep the volume on low.
